(California Court of Appeal) – Affirming an order denying Uber’s motion to compel arbitration in an action brought by a man who drove for both Lyft and Uber because his action alleging that Uber engaged in a practice of directing its drivers and others to create and use Lyft accounts to request rides to send them on wild goose chases was beyond the scope of his arbitration agreement with Uber.
